ONLINE EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS POLICY 

Exchange and/or returns conditions

You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be: unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: items without original tags, earrings, bodysuits.

Exchanges and/or returns with home collection service

Returns may be arranged via home pickup (where available) or by contacting Customer Support.All returns must include the order number and a completed return form.

Refunds

Once items are inspected and approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.Processing time: 3–10 working days after items arrive at the ASHÈ facility.

If an incorrect or defective item is delivered, ASHÈ will refund the item cost and applicable return shipping fees after verification.
