Service Eligibility
To place an order on the ASHÈ website, you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent.
Geographic Availability
ASHÈ currently delivers within Egypt.
Customers located outside Egypt may use our website but must provide a delivery address located within the country.
Product Guarantee
Each product available on this website meets the same quality standards as the merchandise sold through any official ASHÈ channel.
For every item, we display:
- Product name
- Product photographs
- Description
- Available sizes and colours*
- Composition
- Care instructions
- Price in EGP
*Colour accuracy may vary depending on your device screen and settings; ASHÈ cannot guarantee perfect colour representation.
We make every effort to ensure accurate, complete information. If an error occurs, ASHÈ will correct it as soon as possible.
Purchase Procedure
- Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
- Your shopping basket contains the reference of the selected item, its name, size, colour and price (including taxes).
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the delivery method selected.
- To complete the order, you must provide accurate personal and delivery information. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Before confirming the order, you will receive a detailed summary including selected items, the final cost (which includes taxes + shipping), and the order delivery details.
- Payment must be completed using the methods available on the Website.
- Once the transaction is validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will later receive a second email or text message confirming your order.
If you do not receive these emails, please contact Customer Support.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If one or more items in your order are not available, ASHÈ will attempt to locate the item. If this is not possible, the customer will be informed immediately. In addition, the amount corresponding to the unavailable item will be refunded using the original payment method.
Right Not to Accept an Order
ASHÈ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for the following reasons:
- In the event of technical and/or pricing errors on the website.
- Product unavailability as mentioned above.
- Indications of potentially fraudulent activity.
- Reasons to indicate order was placed by minors.
- Failure to deliver due to incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
Any amounts already paid will be refunded in full.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Currency
All prices displayed on this website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Taxes
All applicable taxes are included in the final price unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods
ASHÈ currently accepts:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) for select regions
Other payment methods will not be accepted unless explicitly stated.
Payment Security
Payments are processed securely through a certified and secured third-party payment gateway (Paymob). All sensitive payment data is encrypted and transmitted directly to the financial institution. ASHÈ never stores card details. For payments by Visa and Mastercard, ASHÈ only accepts SET transactions (Secure Electronic Transactions). The system will automatically connect with the issuing bank of the card, which will request authorisation for the operation via a personal authentication code. The operation will only proceed if the issuing bank of the card confirms the authentication code. In all other cases, the transaction will be rejected.
As part of fraud prevention, ASHÈ may verify personal details provided by the customers before dispatching an order. To ensure that goods are dispatched in accordance with the data that is stated on the order.
Purchase Limit
To prevent unauthorised resale, ASHÈ does not allow orders exceeding 20 items or a total value exceeding 75,000 EGP.

DELIVERY
Delivery Method
Deliveries are handled through a local courier. Estimated delivery time: 2–7 working days depending on your region.
Delivery Charges
Shipping fees vary depending on location.
The exact amount will appear on the checkout page before the order is confirmed.
Delivery Conditions
To avoid delivery issues, ensure your address and contact number are entered accurately. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes or military zones.
Delivery fees may change at any time, effective from the moment the modification appears on this webpage under contract. However, the fee displayed at checkout when you place the order will always apply.
ONLINE EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS POLICY
Exchange and/or returns conditions
You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be: unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: items without original tags, earrings, bodysuits.
Exchanges and/or returns with home collection service
Returns may be arranged via home pickup (where available) or by contacting Customer Support. All returns must include the order number and a completed return form.
Refunds
Once items are inspected and approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing time: 3–10 working days after items arrive at the ASHÈ facility.
If an incorrect or defective item is delivered, ASHÈ will refund the item cost and applicable return shipping fees after verification.
WARRANTIES
ASHÈ offers warranties for manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Non-conformities discovered within six months of purchase will be handled by repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
PROMOTIONS
Promotions, discount codes, and offers are subject to their specific terms.
Unless expressly stated: offers cannot be combined with other promotions, codes may only be used once per customer, and discounts do not apply to sale items or curated/limited-edition capsules.
