This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders from ASHÈ are shipped and delivered.

DELIVERY AREAS

ASHÈ ships orders across all governorates in Egypt. International shipping is not yet available.

Delivery time depends on your location:

Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales seasons, or due to courier delays.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees vary depending on your city and will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order. Typical fees range from EGP 90–150, depending on location.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We work with trusted logistics partners such as: Aramex and Bosta. 

Each courier may contact you directly to confirm delivery details.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive either an email or text message. Depending on courier you may receive a tracking link to track your order status. 

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERIES

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. ASHÈ is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by: Incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, and repeated failed delivery attempts.

If a parcel is returned to us due to inability to deliver, the customer may be required to pay an additional reshipping fee. 


DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We cannot deliver to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Military or restricted zones
  • Locations couriers do not support


DAMAGED, MISSING, OR WRONG ITEMS

If your package arrives damaged, or if an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@maisonashe.com.

Please include: order number, photos of the parcel and items, and description of the issue.

Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
